We hope you love your purchase!

Because some pieces are custom made, engraved or handmade with care, we handle returns a little differently depending on the item type.

✨ Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.
• Custom or personalized pieces (including engraved or made-to-order items) are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

⚡ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at soulandspiritdesigns@gmail.com and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

🛍 Refunds

 

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
